What rules?

I cant stand it anymore, I trust, and respect the decisions of all 8 (I think, I may have lost count) of you who have stepped down. Again, I appreciate the work and dedication you have all put in and I just HOPE the Guage will be able to remain what it is today.

But with N guagers resignation, I really dont know what to think anymore. Are there any changes that wwe regular members can be expecting? I mean clearly there are some major changes taking place, after we see such prominant members stepping down. But again, I was just wondering if any of these new rules will affect us regular members, or if there are any changes we can be expecting.

I agree, there is definitely something up and for some reason my instinct says we will be paying $$$$ for the priviledge of each others' company verrry soon....

The answer, Kevinkrey, is, all things change. For my own part, things went off in a direction I was unwilling to go. The new owners have their own concept of what this site should be, and they have every right to. I disagreed with their vision, and could not bring myself to remain a part of it, and, seeing the actions of the others here, I can only find small comfort in knowing that I was not alone in my feelings of no longer "belonging". I will continue to be a member here, I have far too much invested (time, content, friendships)here, to leave and never return.......but I can no longer take responsibility for what this is, or what it will become. Someone else has already done that.

How long will we have to wait before someone gets up enough courage to tell us what specifically is going on?

Pretty much what I expected to eventually happen when the latest owners took over. I myself have found the vibe here in the last few months to be getting stale almost.

Many thanks to all you mods for your work here and best of luck to your future endeavors. :thumb:

It may not be a case of courage, but of a contractual obligation to not discuss internal business dealings of CrowdGather or whoever is running the show here.

Since CG is in it for the money, and not the community, they don't really care how not disseminating information to members could adversely affect the community.

Not on this forum. I don't put money in the pockets of anyone who is not 100% behind the hobby first, and out for themselves second.
