Frankly, I'm sorry I ever started this thread.

But this is so much fun!

Maybe you could bribe your wife to DO the download for you?

Or maybe somebody on the Geek Squad with some spare time on their hands?

Here are the only two train pictures I've ever taken from a cell phone and downloaded. I now carry a real camera in my car...

Bummer, are you sure, it matches thr two arms thing.

I have a new theory. You were abducted by aliens and the machine you desribe is not railroad related at all, and is now millions of gallaxys away. Your love of trains just allowd you to remember the large piece of machinery.

Riverotter, those pictures look like models!

Life imitating art?

This is a real, privately-owned diesel dedicated to working the grain elevator traffic in Higginsville, MO.

... or were you commenting about the quality of my cell phone camera?

I was commenting about the quality of the camers, how it made real-life objects look like models.

Since my cellphone camera "remembered" it the same way I did - yes, I'm sure. From what I have found at the company site, the "two arms thing" seems to be a common design factor in some of their equipment.

Did you find a similar piece of equipment at the companys website you could link to here?

We finally managed to get the images loaded to the Sprint site and e-mailed back to our computer - why that step is necessary I do not know - so what now? Can I link to an image in my documents file?

Well....bleep!...that wasn't quite what I had in mind.
