Is that blue CP box prototypical? I've never seen a reverse-color multimark like that in reality.

I have no clue it isn't going to make it very long i hate the color.

Anyways thanks for all the comments here are some more pics.

On a side note and a little off topic. The guys at the club have been doing allot of work on our very large NEW layout and we have been documenting this on a regular basis the club here

I am adding it to my site to go along with a new feature for clubs.

Finishing up the parking lot, I need to paint the lines and stuff still. Need to take a look at the prototype a bit still before i do that.

Fantastic job. I also found that article in MRR very interesting as I've never seen a layout quite like that one. I also like your modular building. I've wanted to construct a modular something for quite some time. I hope to make that a reality here in the near future!

@Lapuce - Yes only advice I can give is soak those skids so the nails pull easy.

Working on an update guys allot of other great thing going on with my website including a Digitrax sponsorship so Update will be coming again soon i hope to be able to post pics Sunday.

One other note is for those with your own website I just installed woopra a web statistics program and it is by far the most comprehensive system i have ever seen.

Each time someone comes to my site I can pinpoint who it is and even chat with you.

The yard office has a spot yes. The diner will need to be placed around the DPM modular but haven't totally decided yet. The look awesome, BTW and I will post pics soon.

Ok so I have started the turntable but if any one has prototype or even model pictures of turntable please post em. This is a diamond scale 134' table, I am new so when I first saw the size I almost thought i couldn't do it.

It is research that takes up most of my model time. If anyone wants to follow the build diary can here. I will start updating in tomorrow.

Lookin' good! Uh, do you by any chance have access to a jig-saw? I'm willing to bet cuttin' that hole with a key-saw was a real pain in the drain! But looks like you did a really good job, anyway!:thumb:!

@sgtcarl - In my site bio you will notice I was a Driver for an amish Barn building crew for while. The blades amish sharp and I am rough around the edges enough to work it beautifully.

@bigsteel - I am more looking for detail colors and such. So I can finish painting and weathering and landscaping it in short time.

Thank you for the comments.

I am still looking for good prototypes and tips on painting this bugger up. The turntable that is. I actually might need to remove it and shim it from the bottom to bring the edge of the pit down.

Pictures would help if anyone is interested in helping.
