Papercraft Paradise
I just finished mako this week. It's a bit hard to assemble especially the head and the fingers. I used 220 gsm card stock by the way. I hope the designer will create a male version too.

Maybe I'll build messhe and mei too. There are so many good model out there and I want to build them allsign1 Oh well, here's the crappy cellphone pics:

His builds are just perfect... I really don't see any seams... He could win some kind of competition with this for sure >_<

I just want to know how he makes things so seamless. Coloring the edges of cardstock only gets you so far.

some people cut the tabs and glue the paper edges that is the only tecnich that comes to mind, but is not to easy to perform.
Maybe as an original model he could color the tabs to match, but in any off them, the work is faules.

On a few of the last models I have made, I cut the tabs off. Then glued copy paper tabs on the back of the model. This way the tabs are hidden. A member from this forum give me that idea a while ago. Can't remember who though. Thanks for the tip.

You've got the heads up again!! Thanks for the reminder, the site's been inactive for a pretty long time... Glad to see Suiraku still going :) Also, there's a new "modeler's works" section, and you can email the designer your build and he may put it up on his site!!

...Oh crap, no access to Infoseek sites from China... But I can imagine it's a cool model! Thanks for the heads up!
