Good morning all. This sub-zero cold snap is to last the week. Sigh. I have my late night this evening; hope the van starts when I get off the train at 10 pm. Welcome back, Chief. Prayers for Prattville.

Morning [well, noon] all. Working from Town Hall. Busy day. Had to go by the State Employees CU and give all the ladies their Tee Shirts from Cozumel. Had to get L's even though they are all trim. You an guess why?

Good evening folks

My son’s finger is doing better. His pediatrician has walk in time from 7:45 AM to 8:30 AM. We got there at 7:55 AM and were 22nd on the list. I knew we were in for a long one at that point. He got seen around 8:40. Then we had to go down the hall for X-rays and another wait. Come back to the pediatrician and wait some more. Finally about 10:45 AM we were on our way home since it was too late to take him to school. The good news is no broken finger, just a bad sprain. He needs to ice it and Motrin.

I just finished emailing all my Den Leaders to get their awards lists in so I can hit the Scout Store this week and pick stuff up. Our pack meeting is next week.

I think I may try to fire up the airbrush and do some weathering. I still have trailers, a couple of trucks, and some crates to seal also.

I hope everybody has a good evening.

Thanks everyone for the great birthday greetings!!!

Snow heading our way tonight!

To all of my fellow engineers, Happy Engineer's WEEK! balloon6balloon6

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUCKEYE!!!
I was crammed here all day at scholl for the dreaded parent teachers conferences. No one again, oh well built the Math department a roving easle so they can tecach graphs to the kidos without having to make four of them. They will share this one. Took me about three hours from scratch to finish. Size wise it 4 feet wide and rises to 30 inches, 2 feet deep and then the back supports are 52 inches high for 4' x 4' plywood to rest on. I have the base rest for the plywood cut at a 15 degree by antny. Looks pretty good. Scrounged 3.5 inch wheels from the computer nerd. Now got to get kidos to paint. I hate that.

Happy Birthday Buckeye! You look great for a guy of 85!....just kidding. Mike, congrats on the grandchild. Doug, glad family is safe. We really do leave a lot to hope and faith when they leave the door.
Chief, welcome back! Hope you didn't trip while walking the decks on the cruise. Had a nice time in Atlanta with the family. We did the zoo, aquarium, Varsity, Medieval times, Cheesecake factory.... and I am full! Anyway it was great to get back into my own bed.
Hope all is well,
Dennis
