Is there anyway to get a listing of all the files sorted by date in the downloads area?

to the left is shows the 10 most recent files, but I just want a list of all in chronological order, not separated by category.

no, there is not - at least not that I can find.
You can search on other features though like you can search on paragon and it will find all his models.
