"FINISHED", you have to be out of your mind.wall1 "STARTED", well, that's more like it. I have removed most of the track, ballast and turnouts on about half my layout. I now have in my possession, all the new track, roadbed and turnouts I need to get my new track configuration finished.:thumb: I also started to carve out the lake that will now allow me to use a bridge between my movable and fixed sections of my layout. This has been a constant frustration since this is now the third time I'm redoing that.

Will I have it finished by the end of the year? I sincerely hope so. I've been sidetracked with other projects (most of which are my own doing), and a little incident with me, a bike and a curb...

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: You've got to be kidding! :nope::nope::nope::nope: I haven't even figured out where to put the stuff that is stored in the space where my planned layout is going to go. wall1wall1 I'd have a yard sale, but I doubt that I could even give the stuff away. Can you say PACKRAT? hamrhamr

Uhh, I didn't read this too carefully, you said "planned". You gotta define that a bit better. Do you mean "intended" or does that simply mean, "thinking about it"? And if it is, "thinking about it", then we have to go further and ask, "seriously thinking" or "just dreaming"?sign1 sign1 sign1 sign1

I have gotten very little completed that i wanted to. Maybe a few structures. However, i Aquried things i wouldn't have even dreamed of finding. In these past few months, i got two Rare American GK E60CP kits (which are now becoming awesome E60CH/E60MA models), and just tonight i won an Alco Brass Models E-44 Electric locomotive, so now i'm pretty much as happy as possible.

I never even imagined finding a r-t-r model of that, and i definitely did not want to build one from an E33 (shudder).

So many of the things i do have done were not planned, and even though more of my top goals were missed so far, i'm still much farter along then i ever expected.

Oh yes, I shop victoriously, although i think Ebay may be a cause of heart attacks. How many of us have ever sat there in the last second and expected to be beat? I've done that alot this year... no good!

We finally got around to building the first bridge on our outdoor layout. it crosses over a man-made spillway that will help eliminate some drainage problems we have had to this point. It isn't much but it is a start. We hope to get much done on the 1:29 MooreWay and Lizard Gulch in the next two months now that the weather is nice.
