This used to be the CN station in St. Boniface before it was part of Winnipeg. And yes the passenger car does have track under it.

Why did nobody tell me about that before I went to Winnipeg?
The car ended its railway life as CN rules instruction car 15022, before that was CNR sleeper Trenton, and started as CNor 12-1 sleeper #9647. Built by CC&F in 1915 (according to the Trackside Guide).
