Watching the Underdog show on Saturday mornings when they were a kid?I was just wondering because it was my favorite cartoon show when I was little and having very strong memories of the show.Anyways,I just found out they are putting out original episodes on DVD and three 2 hour DVD's are now available of the show. They will also include the original fillers from characters such as Tennessee Tuxedo and Col. McBragg.

My plan is too buy all three DVD's and ordering my favorite cereal when I was a kid online,Quisp, and spending one whole Saturday morning watching Underdog with my son.

I know this has nothing to do with trains, but I know there's a lot of people on here about my age and older and thought someone might find it nostalgic and interesting.

There's No Need To Fear, Underdog is here!

I think they're doing this for the upcoming Underdog movie that is due to be released soon - generating interest prior to movie release, or maybe someone just wanted to do it and thought it was about time. Don't know if the movie will be a good and as fun as the original tv show was. Simple cartoons like that one sure beats all the death and destruction that most of the ones today show kids. (Of course, Wile E. Coyote didn't exactly make it through many of his episodes...so things weren't all peaches and cream years ago either.)

Rocky and Bullwinkle Rules! Now there was a show years ahead of its time.

I remember making my mom take me out to Hollywood video and made her rent "Transformers" (the classic cartoons from the 80's) every week. AS for Underdog, I've seen a few episodes, and heard the theme song alot. That was in the days when cartoons were good (now they have stuff like Class of 3000, horible show, and my gym partner's a monkey, also bad)

Piece of cake, "Car 54 Where are You?" The movie made about 25 years later was a complete bust telling you that they don't make 'em like the used to...

Yeah that was the 70's. Just saw an online news story claiming Farrah Fawcett was originally considered to play Kotter's wife! That would have been weird!
