Just a quick post to let everyone know that the kit and instructions are complete and they should hopefully be online Tues or Weds at the latest.

Same place as before : http://www.bazookajo.me.uk/

Any problems please post them here :)

Would have been quicker, but had to move servers. No longer with TalkTalk so had to move it all to UnlimitedMB - not a bad free little service BTW.

Thanks!
 :D  :D

Seeing as it was your excellent Wacky Racers models that got me into paper modelling into the first place, you're more than welcome

P.S. Have you seen Ekuth's Cylon eye, and Red's aluminium version over on the Ceta build thread

Don't worry about it Drago - We all know how things get in the way of our modelling :)

I know this is a lot to ask, but any chance of asking someone, anyone, to do a "close enough" colored version of this for us lazy folks who just want a display version?

I am working on one myself (it would look kinda cool if/when I get a permanent desk here), but to be honest, I suck at it... :D

Have you thought of printing on coloured cardstock? The art supply stores carry a variety of grey shades (gun metal & destroyer are my faves) and often have two or three tone transition stock in the scrapbook section.

Not a bad idea, or why not just build it out of white card and spray it with something akin to Plasti-kote Brilliant Metallic Spray paint - it won't have anything like the relective qualities of the mirror card, but would be better than any flat colour that would come out of your printer.

BTW the reflective quality of the Plasti-kote will depend on the reflective quality of the base, so I would consider building out of gloss photo card, or spray with a shiny gloss undercoat.

That is awesome. Definately on my build list. One question, is there a .PDO version so I can adjust scale to fit my noggin?
