I've got a chance of being published. I showed a mockup of a picture book to a publisher's rep. She likes it and wants me to send a copy to "the commitee."
She was also excited about my idea of doing kid's books containing cardmodels of Alaskan boats. She suggested some more boats that I hadn't consided or didn't know about including the double-ender sailboats used in Bristol Bay. I need to get working. I need to clean up and send the picture-book mockup before researching double-enders.
