Well, i guess I'll start off this weeks Photo Fun:) . i have been full force into MY NEW layout:up: , yet i still have NOTHING finished:eek:ops: . i am pretty close to finishing "United Transfer" though. i still have to put a light on the end of the arm on the telephone pole, finish the ground cover around the switch, and a few other small details, but here's where i am at with it right now;) . sorry about the lighting:eek:ops: , i"m going to rectify this problem this weekend with some more lights:up: . -Deano

Deano, great scene, love your attention to detail!
Smoke, you need to tell Southern to take better care of that nice ex-BNSF engine. :-D
chessie4155, love your layout and your videos. Is there a thread or gallery that shows your track plan and full layout?

Deano  , very nice scene and interesting looking structure. Is it the same transfer building you had on your previous layout?
Smoke, beautiful engines.
Mark, you post so many beautiful and interesting pics every week, I’d really like to see more of your layout. I back jesso’s request for a trackplan or an overall shot.

I'm starting to loose track of what images I've posted where. Hopefully, my contribution for this weekend's perusal hasn't appeared here previously. This one's a diorama shot of an NYO&W class E camelback hauling a peddler freight, traversing one of the high steel trestles located west of the Hudson.

Notice all the weathering is under the patch. Therefore BNSF is the one that got it dirty not Southern.

Remember...it's for fun!
Wow! Great photos you guys! Excellent structure, terrific modern day diesels, beautiful steam on a bridge, gorgeous moody night scene, nice selection of freight cars and a little bit of cruising fun!

I'll switch over from my Penn Central enthusiasm of the last photo thread to my freelance. :)

Here's a dusty KP&W F unit at the head of a mixed freight.

Here is a section house kit that I built. Mooreway, a guy in our train club, made one of these kits for everyone in the club for the last meeting. He did N, HO, and Proto48. This one is N scale and is one of the first things that I have built that I don't think turned out poorly.

Looks like this is going to be another great week of pix!
Kurt: Fantastic night shot.
CNJ999: Every pic you post just gets better and better. I had to do a double take on this one..It looks so real.
Brakie: Nice lookin cars. I have the Sandersville boxcar and Englehard tanker, would love to get one of those KCS cars.
Spankybird: Is that a Batman convention? cool lookin scene, love the Chessie unit in the background.
Ralph: It's always cool to see F units. I like your choice of colors for your Freelance road.
Jesso & Kurt: Sorry guys, I don't have a track plan to show..I'll have to take some over all shots of the layout and post them. Thanks for your interest.
Here's a shot of East meets West.
